Let customers speak for us
from 71 reviews1. Unparalleled customer support. Dr. Patrick seems sincerely committed to bringing seat comfort to the biking world.
2. Ultima is the best saddle (of 5) that I've had on this road bike (an older Trek Madone). At the start of a ride, the saddle seems firmer than I initally had expected--apparently, in order to avoid having the cushioning bottom out (so to speak). More importantly, though: The Ultima is *more comfortable than any of my previous saddles a few miles in and beyond, when it matters the most.

This is a game changer, I switched to Zeta based on a recommendation and was shocked my how much more comfortable this seat is than anything else I've tried. No pain or soreness whatsoever.

I have messed up sit bones, my right side has been stressed forever. I was using Specialized Mmic 143mm, tried Bi-Saddle, not good for me, then back to a Specialized Power Saddle 155mm, but because of the back end wide edged, it was rubbing my hamstring no matter what I adjusted.
So thought lets try the Zeta Optima, because it was as wide as I needed 155 mm, but the shape of a 143 mm. First ride took some adjustment; I only have 75 miles so far, but this is most definitely a keeper.

I was very pleased with my first used Optima saddle and recently bought another used Optima in the slightly wider version. Both are great. I think I am going to like the slightly larger version better.

I ordered the Ultima saddle as I was wanting a shorter road saddle on my Cannondale Supersix Evo bike. I had a Zeta Optima on it which was very comfortable, but I ended up taking it off and installing on my Stevens gravel bike. That worked great for the gravel as it gave me more padding and super comfortable on the bumpier gravel roads. I ride over 5,000 miles a year on my numerous bikes and the Zeta Optima had been my go to saddle. I replaced the Optima with the Ultima which is shorter and more comfortable for road cycling! I have over 100 miles on the Ultima and it has been super comfortable. I even tried a Specjalized 3D printed seat that my friend lent me and found the Zeta saddles to be more comfortable. The only negative if there is one, it weighs more than a saddle with minimal padding. With that said, I will take comfort every time and carry the extra grams on my saddle. Also this company has an awesome return policy if you do not like the saddle.

After three rides for a total of 65 miles on my eMTB, it’s like the saddle has disappeared beneath me. I’ve given it zero thought, which I think is amazing. My bum was always sore after about 10 miles and I would reposition myself and stand a bit to ease the pain. I would be sore for a couple of days. Consecutive ride days were torture. Not so with my Zeta saddle. Thank you Patrick. And I must say that working with Patrick was a breeze considering USPS lost the first saddle.

I’m a long time cyclist of all disciplines and chose to install the Ultima on my MTB. I’ve ridden it twice for approximately 4 hours without issue. Past symptoms were sitbone pain and saddle sores on longer rides - 3-4 hr plus. So far this saddle has proved up to the task.

the seat is excellent very comfortable high quality well made no more pain when i ride and excellent customer service you must order your

The saddle performed exactly as advertised. Very comfortable.

I've been struggling with finding a seat that's comfortable, especially for longer rides. So far so good with the Optima. You can't beat the guarantee and the customer service, so go for it!

Zia home run first bike seat I have use and enjoyed

The saddle relieves chafing and pelvic pressure points.
The flatter top profile and shorter nose are more comfortable to me. I like it so much that I bought two of them.

I have tried MTB, Specialized, Rx, Giant and Ergon... but couldn't sit on any of them for more than 50 miles. I think I must have very sensitive sit bones. The Zeta Optima feels just fine after a few rides of 20-30 miles, and I am looking forward to seeing where it will take me.
